This pyramide is the usual mellow mouthful from this brand, mild to medium in flavour and body, with a somewhat honeyed note. Very pleasant smoking indeed.

CUESTA REY

Cuesta Rey is a hand made, medium bodied and medium flavoured cigar, of excellent quality.

Cuesta-Rey was originally named La Flor de Cuesta Rey, it was founded in 1884 by Angel La Madrid Cuesta and Peregrino Rey. Cuesta, a Spaniard, had apprenticed in cigar making in Cuba. In 1958 the company was sold to J.C. Newman and since the 1980's they have been produced in the Dominican Republic by Tabacalera A. Fuente, one of the most famous factories in the world

Cuesta Rey is rolled with a Connecticut wrapper in the natural range and a Connecticut Broadleaf maduro, for the maduro variety.

The Cuesta Rey blend is very smooth and creamy, as one would expect from such a premium cigar
